At the BEEHiVE we strive to provide the best experience, services, and products. With this in mind, we have established the following policies to ensure you and our team of stylists the best visit.

BOOKiNG, CANCELLATiON & NO SHOW POLiCY

  1. Some ARTiSTS may require a credit card on file to book future appointments or a nonrefundable deposit that is credited toward your service once completed.

  2. All appointment rescheduling and cancellations must be made by 5 pm the day before your scheduled appointment time. Any late cancellations or missed appointments may result in loss of your deposit toward services or a 50% charge to the credit card on file.

  3. As a courtesy, The BEEHiVE provides a confirmation notice but is not responsible if the notice is not received.

  4. Please do not bring your children with you to your appointment. There isn’t a good way to attend to them while receiving a service and you may be asked to reschedule.

REFUND POLiCY

  1. SERViCES—If you are unhappy with your cut and color, please notify us within 24 hours of your service and a manager will consider re-scheduling your service with the same stylist at no-charge. If it is after this point or if you would like a different stylist, you will need to pay for a new appointment.

  2. PRODUCTS—There are no returns on retail products unless the product is damaged and/or broken

  3. In no instance will the BEEHiVE refund money paid for services or products

  4. GiFT CARDS— No returns on gift card purchases
